Founding team

We're at chair one.
Build to ten thousand.

Azyro is a marketplace for craftspeople's workspace — starting with barber chairs, then salon, tattoo, nail. We're hiring the people who will take it from one city to a national network. Real equity, real ownership, and the chance to build something that actually matters.

Why now

From the floor, with you.

Build it, then run it

You'd join near zero. No team to inherit, no codebase you'd be a passenger in. You design the thing, ship it, and carry it after launch.

Real equity in a focused bet

Early team gets meaningful ownership in a marketplace that has one job to do and is going to do it. Sharp scope makes the upside legible.

Closer to the craft

We sit with barbers and shop owners every week. Product decisions get made next to a chair, not a whiteboard. You'd be there too.

Grow by category, not by drift

Barber chairs first. Salon, tattoo, nail next — by the same playbook. We expand when one vertical is healthy, not when a roadmap slide says so.

Open roles

Three founding seats. Yours to own.

Each of these owns a whole surface of Azyro from day one — engineering, supply, or success. We're hiring slowly and well: real comp, meaningful equity, no fake levels. If one sounds like you, send a short note about what you've built and why this.

Founding engineer

Next.js + Postgres. You'd own product surfaces end-to-end — booking, payments, dashboards, growth experiments. Taste in code, obsession with the user surface, comfortable shipping in days not quarters.

Founding supply lead

Get the first 100 shops onboarded in one city. Phones, foot traffic, partnerships — not paid ads. You'd build the supply density that makes the marketplace real, then write the playbook for the next city.

Founding host & barber success

Be the human behind every early booking. You'd shape cancellation policy, dispute resolution, and product feedback by listening to the first thousand users — then turning that into how Azyro operates.

What we won't do

A short list of no.

We won't make you do a five-round take-home interview before we've had a real conversation.

We won't hire generalists into specialist seats. Roles here are sharply scoped.

We won't hide what you'd work on, what the comp is, or what the trade-offs are. Ask and we'll tell you.

Get in touch even if none of these fit.

The best people show up before the job exists. Send a short note — what you've built, what you care about, why Azyro. We read every one and reply within a week.
